My name is Esmir Husetović and I am a Senior Teaching Assistant at the Department of Management and Organization at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zenica, where I previously worked as a Teaching Assistant and currently also serve as the Technical Secretary of the Department. During my professional career, I have gained experience in public administration through my work in the Finance Department of the Municipality of Kakanj, as well as through participation in the project of digitalizing the court archives of the Municipal Court in Kakanj. I am the author and co-author of several scientific papers in the fields of management, organization, and corporate social responsibility, published in academic journals and presented at scientific conferences. I possess well-developed communication and organizational skills acquired through my work in both the academic environment and public administration. I am responsible, precise, and independent in my work, with a strong willingness for teamwork and continuous professional development. I have good computer skills, particularly in the use of the Microsoft Office package, as well as experience working with accounting software. My native language is Bosnian, and I use English at an intermediate level (B2 for listening, reading, and speaking, and B1 for writing).
