Suada Sulejmanovic, Ph.D., works as an Associate Professor at the University of Sarajevo, Department of Roads and Transportation at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She also works at the Institute of Roads and Transportation, where she conducts research and consultancy in road design, project evaluation, economics and traffic studies, and climate resilience risk in road management.
She has carried out over 70 projects for public companies of roads and motorways, ministries, and local government in municipalities and communities, as well as projects funded by World Bank and EBRD.
As a faculty professor, she was involved in several ERASMUS + projects dealing with flood disaster management and spatial data infrastructure:
GEOBIZ - Business driven problem-based learning for academic excellence in geoinformatics (2019-2022)
BESTSDI - Western Balkans Academic Education Evolution and Professional’s Sustainable Training for Spatial Data Infrastructures“. (2016-2019)
