Biography
https://repository.ukim.mk/global-search?query=Trajkovski%2C+Vladimir https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Vladimir-Trajkovski Dr. Vladimir Trajkovski is a full professor at the Institute of Special Education and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Philosophy at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. He is the president and one of the founders of the Macedonian Scientific Association for Autism (MSSA) (www.mssa.org.mk). For 24 years his preoccupation has been the autistic spectrum disorders. From 2008-2017 he was the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Special Education and Rehabilitation, and from 2018-2022 he was the editor-in-chief of the Journal for ReAttach Therapy and Developmental Diversity (https://jrtdd.com). Currently he is Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (https://jhrs.almamater.si). In 2004 he introduced the subject "Autism" to the postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Philosophy. Participates in over 130 seminars, congresses, symposia and conferences in the country and abroad. Actively participates in the preparation and implementation of 20 professional and scientific national and international projects. He has made study visits to nine European countries. He is the author of 105 papers in domestic and foreign periodicals, 15 of which are in journals with an impact factor. Among the more significant works it is worth mentioning: "Mannual in Human Genetics" (2003), the monograph "Autism" (2004), the textbooks "Human Genetics" (2005), "Medical Basics of Disability (2008)", "Physiology with Functional Anatomy ”(2009) and “Autism and Pervasive Developmental Disorders (2011) ”, "Human Genetics and Physiology" (2018), "Academic Writing and Publishing" (2022). He is currently a visiting professor at the Alma Mater Europea University in Slovenia, general secretary of Macedonian Association for Medical Editors, a member of the Macedonian Association for Human Genetics, a member of the editorial boards of 5 international journals, and also contributes to the work of various bodies of international associations (Autism Europe, EASPD, IASSID) that treat autism, intellectual disability and disability.
