Full time Professor Dr Marijana Markovic works at the Institute for Sociological, Political and Juridical Research (Ss.Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje) from 1998. She completed her studies in psychology in 1992, and an MA degree in in 2002 at the Institute of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje. Successfully defended her doctoral thesis in the field of communications in 2010 at the Institute where she works. In 2020 obtains the title - full time professor. Since 2006 she is one of the founders of Psychological Laboratory at ISPPI.
Theoretical and research interest are in the field of interpersonal communication, communication in cyberspace, political psychology,communication in the communities, political culture and ideology. As a result of this interest she had participate on many national and international projects, conferences, and published papers in national and international journals.
