Biography
Tanja Milosevska is an Full Professor at the Institute for Security, Defense and Peace, Faculty of Philosophy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. She teaches at first and second cycle studies in the fields of security, defense and peace, private and corporate security studies, international and intercultural studies and second cycle at international relations: conflict resolution, diplomacy and global governance. She is Head of Institute for Security, Defense and Peace at the Faculty of Philosophy. Miloshevska is a JFDP Allumni of the American Council for International Education - US State Department Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs Program. Her stay was at George Washington University and Elliott School of International Affairs. She received the Diploma of Successful Completion of the Junior Faculty Development Program-Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies. Member of the organizing and editorial board of international scientific conferences in Ohrid, Dojran and Skopje, Macedonia (2015-2025), member of international professional meetings (France, Germany), editor and deputy editor of the international scientific journal "Security Dialogues" (2016-2021). Miloshevska has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Macedonia and abroad and has received numerous certificates for participation in summer schools and with presentations of papers at international scientific conferences in Romania, Germany, Turkey, Croatia, USA, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Denmark and Italy. Prof. Dr. Miloshevska is the author of more than seventy expert and scientific papers in domestic and foreign publications, three monographs and co-author of four books.
