In 1994, she enrolled in physics studies at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Skopje, majoring in teaching physics. She graduated on November 15, 1999, with an average grade of 8.42. In the academic year 2000/2001, she enrolled in postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physics at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Skopje, majoring in condensed matter physics, in the department "Physics of Semiconductors and Liquid Crystals". She finished her studies on October 10, 2007, with an average grade of 9.60. After the successful defense of the master's thesis on C–V characteristics of fresh and degraded thin films of Ta2O5, worked under the supervision of prof. Dr. Nenad Novkovski obtained the title of Master of Physical Sciences. The topic for the preparation of a doctoral dissertation, entitled "Peculiarities of the capacity characteristics of dielectrics with high permittivity", under the mentorship of prof. Dr. Nenad Novkovski registered it at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Skopje in December 2008, and defended it on March 18, 2013, which earned her the scientific degree "Doctor of Science" in the scientific field of physics. From October 2002 to January 2003, Dr. Lihnida Stojanovska-Georgievska was hired as a demonstrator in the teaching-scientific field of physics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Skopje. In January 2003, she was elected to the title of junior assistant in physics and re-elected to the same title in February 2006. In February 2008, she was selected as an assistant in physics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies. and re-elected in November 2011.
