Biography
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mirjana Markovska-Arsovska PhD, is a specialist in oral surgery and has been employed for 23 years at the Clinic for Oral Surgery at the Dental Clinical Center "St. Panteleimon". She enrolled in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Dentistry, which she completed, and after completing her studies, she submitted an application for the preparation of a master's thesis entitled "Clinical assessment of risk factors in the etiopathogenesis of alveolitis after tooth extraction", which she successfully defended in 2012 and earned the title of master in oral surgery. In 2016, she enrolled in PhD studies. In 2019 she earned the title of primarius. The same year, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled "Therapeutic effects of ozone gas in the treatment and prevention of bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jaws". Since March 2023, she has earned a Title Assistant Professor in the field of Oral Surgery at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University "Goce Delchev" - Shtip. She is the author and co-author of several papers that are presented at domestic and international congresses and published in professional domestic and international journals.
