Purpose of equipment
The LC–MS QTOF system is primarily designed for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of large biomolecules, including peptides and proteins. By integrating chromatographic separation with high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), it enables comprehensive molecular characterization of complex biomolecular samples.
