Purpose of equipment
UHPLC je kromatografska tehnika, ki se uporablja za ločevanje, identifikacijo in kvantifikacijo spojin, raztopljenih v tekoči fazi. Spojine se adsorbirajo v stacionarno fazo kolone, ki se postopoma eluirajo z mobilno fazo in so detektirane s pomočjo detektorja UV-VIS ali RI.
