Purpose of equipment
Confocal stereomicroscope (Leica TCS LSI) enables non-invasive observation of the fluorescence in the samples. The speciality of the Confocal stereomicroscope (Leica TCS LSI) is broad spectrum of magnifications from 0.7x (16 mm field of view) to 20x. Therefore larger object as well as single cells could be investigated. Stereomicroscope has long working distance what enables investigation of big objects (e.g. plants in pots).
