Equipment
Digital droplet PCR (dPCR) offers exceptional sensitivity and absolute quantification, which is essential for the detection of low-abundance targets and rare mutations, while quantitative PCR (qPCR) provides real-time analyses and robust quantification capabilities for gene expression studies. PCR platform is also composed of PCR machine, NanoDrop spectrophotometer and gel documentation system. All of the machines are invaluable assets in molecular research, essential in gene editing technologies and cancer research.
