3He/4He dilution refrigerator for ultra-low temperatures
Purpose of equipment
Dilution refrigerator 3He/4He for ultralow temperatures enables measurements of physical properties of materials (electrical resistivity, magnetoresistance, specific heat, Hall coefficient) in the range of temperatures down to 50 mK above absolute zero at magnetic fields up to 9 T.
