Preparative ultracentrifuge with rotors and tube slicer
Purpose of equipment
The equipment enables high-speed centrifugation of samples and allows the preparation of subcellular fractions, the separation of lipoproteins, viruses, viral particles, nanoparticles and the isolation of RNA and plasmid DNA.
