Impedance analyzer with a dielectric measurement kit
Purpose of equipment
Equipment for measuring impedance in the 20Hz to 120MHz range, with an option of a ±40V DC bias. Mainly intended for the research of bulk and thin film ceramics. Also applicable for work with more complex passive circuits as well as soft mater samples.
