Purpose of equipment
The system is used for trimming, fine grinding and polishing of all kinds of geological materials, also unbounded. Standard specimens are produced for petrographic, sedimentologic and paleontologic investigations, as well as polished specimens for investigations with optical and electron microscopes.
Access of equipment
Responsible for equipment: Petra Škrap
Access to equipment via contact person. Preparation of specimens lasts several hours.
