Purpose of equipment
Assembly 1: Quickgene-810 is an automated system for isolation of DNA/RNA from varied samples with high quality and high yield. Fujilm LAS 4000 is an imaging system with six interchangeable light sources, a five position filter turret, and a 3.2-megapixel Sepper CCD imaging chip, enabling a range of applications including fluorescence, chemiluminescence, bioluminescence, and in vivo imaging.
