System for analysis of energy metabolisms of cells
Purpose of equipment
SeaHorse XFe24 analyser enables measurement of cell energy metabolism of live cells by measuring oxigen consuption and rate of glycolisis of live cells in vitro or in small tissue samples. It enable emasurments in real time of basal eenrgy metabolism or changes in metabolism after treatment by different compounds.
