Purpose of equipment
Luminescence, fluorescence, and absorbance measurement including FRET, BRET2 and nanoBRET signals. The system includes two automatic injectors (range 10 to 100 µl), temperature control (5 - 42 ° C), monochromator (measuring range 200 - 1000 nm) in the detector module for AlphaScreen.
Access of equipment

The equipment is available for individual researchers at the VF and external users by prior arrangement.
