Motorized light microscope with multi-channel monocromatic light source (Axio Imager KMAT, Carl Zeiss)
Purpose of equipment
Automated movement of the slide in XY axis and motorized focus in Z axis, automated capture and image composition of large specimen for documentation and image analysis. LED illumination for transmitted light and multi-channel LED epi-illumination for fluorescence.
