System for analysis of gene expression and cell death after electroporation
Purpose of equipment
The system consists of a subsystem for generation and monitoring of ns-pulse electroporation (generator, electrodes/chamber, two current transformers, oscilloscope with current and voltage probes) and a subsystem for molecular-biological analysis of cell samples after electroporation (cyclic thermostat for qPCR, µ-volume spectrophotometer, electrophoretic separation and imaging system, microplate reader).
