Equipment
The chamber is used for OPZT S28 testing, which refers to the resistance of concrete to freeze–thaw action in the presence of de-icing salts (in accordance with SIST EN 1338:2003, SIST EN 1339:2003, and SIST EN 1340:2003). It is also possible to perform ASR measurements, which involve the determination of the potential alkali–silica reaction in concrete. The chamber operates within a temperature range from –40 °C to +180 °C. For tests requiring controlled humidity and temperature conditions, within the temperature.
