Protochips Fusion in situ nosilec za vzorce

Purpose of equipment
In situ 4 probe electrical conductivity measurements, study of structural changes durigng electrical biasing (+/- 50V DC/AC), in situ heating experiments (in vacuum) up to 1200 °C.

In situ sample holder is just an attachment to the ARSTEM microscope (can not be used alone), so all the rules for access to the equipment are the same.
