Spectral flow cytometer

Purpose of equipment
Flow cytometry is a technique used to detect and measure physical and chemical characteristics of a population of cells or particles. Spectral flow cytometry uses diffraction gratings to disperse the emitted light of a marker across a detector array, which allows for the full spectra from each particle to be measured.
