Flow cytometer

Purpose of equipment
System for automatic counting and photographing of all cyanobacterial cells in water samples. The flow cytometer with a camera for counting cyanobacteria allows the measurement of fluorescence on two channels and enables the identification of particles from 1.0 to 300 µm in size. The optics enable 4x and 20x magnification.

The equipment is not a part of Infrastructural program NIB. The equipment can be used without limitations and according to agreement. The price is agreed according to the time and purpose of the use.
