Prometheus NT.48, nano differential scanning fluorometry (nanoDSF)

Purpose of equipment
The equipment is used for measuring thermal and chemical stability of proteins based on their intrinsic fluorescence as well as aggregation of proteins based on attenuation of the light going through the sample. Paralel measurements of 48 samples in 10µL capillaries are possible.
