The equipment enables structural and phase characterisation using X-ray powder diffraction. The benchtop X-ray powder diffractometer has the following features: copper X-ray tube, possiility to analyse powder, thin film, and capillaries, sample cell for air-sensitive materials, silicon 1D detector, Kβ filter, variable edge slit, Rietveld analysis software.
