Purpose of equipment
The system enables a wide range of applications in metabolomics, proteomics and pharmacodynamics. The system enables qualitative and quantitative analysis with ultra-high resolution and sensitivity. In addition to these areas, the versatility of the system allows for a wide range of other analyses of a wide variety of samples.

The LC-MS/MS system is located at the Clinical Institute of Special Laboratory Diagnostics. Researchers have access to it by prior arrangement with the person responsible for the equipment (Barbka Repič Lampret). We provide support for the use and data analysis.
