Optical tweezers with a fluorescence module

Purpose of equipment
Optical tweezers are a scientific instrument that uses a highly-focused laser beam to provide an attractive or repulsive force (typically on the order of pN), depending on the refractive index mismatch to physically hold and move microscopic dielectric objects. At the Institute of Physics this equipment is used for research and educational purposes.
