Description
Elektro Ljubljana Public Enterprise (PE), d.d. carries out an economic public service of the electrical energy supply to customers. By the "Decree on economic public services in the electrical energy distribution field implementation mode" (Official Gazette No. 54/2000) the Government of the Republic of Slovenia has approved Elektro Ljubljana PE, d.d. as a public enterprise established to carry out the electrical energy distribution, wherby it shall likewise be liable to carry out the public service of supplying the electrical energy to tariff customers on the same territory. By the decision on providing the electrical energy distribution networks administartors in the Republic of Slovenia, the Government has also assigned Elektro Ljubljana, d.d. Public Enterprise as the administrator of the electrical energy distribution network on the provided territory.
