Abstract
The proposed research develops dynamic models of household choice and firm behaviour to estimate and test structural models with microeconomics data from Slovenia. The first goal of this research is to adapt the general estimation principles developed for data on the U.S.A. and other western countries, to the Slovenian economy. Our second aim is to contribute to the scientific community worldwide. Because of the high quality of the Slovenian data, the results from the proposed empirical study will be relevent to other economies, particularly those in Eastern Europe.
