Abstract
Hypothetical research work - the summary: Instead of generalisation that Slovenian aren’t rethorical nation, we have to addmit the assertion that we hawe our writing material deeply rooted in the history. All we need is to put together the agenda of people who begun with it and our rethorical and communicational lawfulness. Those can bi found in lexicons for permanent education and for their affective public and non-public appearance. At the same time we have to show the way of handling our rethorical skills.
