Abstract
The Proposed Project will contribute to the modernization of the Postgraduate Qualification Curriculum of Pharmacy at the Universities in Serbia. It will improve the Continuing Professional Development System in the Pharmaceutical Sector in Serbia. These will be achieved through the systematically planned and conducted activities related to the Curriculum Update, staff and educational resources development, development of the e-education platform. The project priorities will be to create the more flexible and efficient, competency based, postgraduate qualification system established on the well defined learning outcomes, that will meet the needs of the profession and the labour market at large. All the Project activities will be directed towardsachieving the compatibility and comparability with the relevant EU practices and policies. The Project objectives will be met through the intensive collaboration and exchange of knowledge and experience with the EU Partner Institutions, support obtained from the relevant governmental bodies and professional associations and organizations and by strengthening the links between the RS Universities.
