Abstract
The problem of production management in timber industry systems with regard to ecological, economic, market and social demands involves stochastic and multiple criteria decision making. To determine the optimal decisions, a mathematical model will be developed. It is based on modified quantitative research methods, especially fuzzy logic and multiple programming, and takes into consideration the current state of production, restrictions and goals.
