Abstract
Mathematical models of two-phase flow can be roughly divided into: 1) INTERFACE TRACKING MODELS - for the two-phase flows with interphase surface dynamics, which enable direct interface tracking. 2) TWO-FLUID MODELS - for dispersed flows where explicit tracking of the interphase surface is not feasible. The SCOPE OF THE PROJECT is to DEVELOP COUPLING SCHEMES, which will enable two-phase flow modeling with a combination of the two-fluid models and the interface tracking models.
