Abstract
Serum concentrations and clinical efficacy of once daily dosing of aminoglycosides in critically ill will be investigated. Parameters influencing serum concentrations of aminoglycosides and vancomycin in critically ill will be studied using artificial neuronal network. Artificial neuronal network will be introduced as a tool in clinical pharmacology. Pharmacokinetics of vancomycin in critically ill will be analysed and other dosing regimens of vancomycin will be studied using computer modelling and simulation.
