Abstract
Faculty started with incoming and outgoing Eramus exchange in study year 2013/14. The goals for Project 2015 were 1 study mobility, 1 traineeship mobility, 3 mobility for administrative staff and 4 teaching staff mobility, all under Programme Countries. EPS rules, ECHE rules, national agency (CMEPIUS) rules and other legal documents were used for all the activities. The list of institutional agreements was increased to 16 until the submission of the report. Due to the fact that most of FOŠ students are regularly employed, with families, which provides them limited ability to fully participate in exchange. Based on the faculty call, new institutional agreements, articles in FOŠ e-news, organization of international news section, organization Erasmus+ Day, we managed to encourage students to start to think about the long term benefits of the Erasmus exchanges (such as increased awareness of the differences, general knowledge, better understanding of different cultures, foreign language knowledge improvement). Based on these activities, two students applied for the exchange. First student left for the classical student exchange for three months and one day, while second one left for the traineeship also for three months. After the return, competent commission recognized their exchange and credits, which were, based on the commission decree. Erasmus mobility for administrative and academic staff is available to the employees or members of FOŠ academic personnel. Five mobility were realized for the teaching staff, which was sent to Croatia, Romania, Lithuania and two mobility were realized for training, which was sent to Poland. After each exchange, FOŠ calls for internal meeting where the person presents the exchange experience. Abstract of the mobility is presented also at the FOŠ e-news and on the Facebook site as well as in yearly reports. The exchange certificate is placed in the employee's personal folder. FOŠ reached quantity goals in the amount of nine mobilities. On the other hand, we also achieved the set qualitative aspect, since all participants in the exchange were provided with assistance before, during and after mobility. In the long term perspective, we will try to further promote Erasmus+, increase the number of the exchanges as well as we will further assure that FOS will be reliable partner institution.
