Abstract
The target group of our project includes administrators, teachers and students at the vocational and technical training institutions in the same region where the project partner is located and the third parties (civil organizations, NGO's, local authorities, enterprises, professional organizations, universities and other public institutions. Keeping the third party institutions out from the vocational institutions is not realistic and reasonable. And this instrument isn’t used effectively or neglected partly by the vocational institutions in the world and the Europe. Our project aims to create local vocational training platforms including all interested parts in the participant countries and use third party institutions effectively. These platforms will organize working groups and do academic searches. There will be 5 research groups working in each partner region. They will share the following duties and create a data bank by making questionnaires, online/printed forms:-making categorization among the enterprises in the region.-keeping the statistics of the need for qualified workers.-making a list of the expectations of enterprises. -listing the job choices of the students and their families.-examining the role of the civil organizations, local authorities and universities in vocational training. There will be 4 implementation groups using the data obtained by the research groups and prepare the following guidances and publish them.-'The Vocational Training Need of the Students and Enterprises' for vocational and technical schools.-'How to Support Vocational Training' for the enterprises.-'Choosing the right job and Career Planning' for the students.-'The Participation of the Third Parties in Vocational Training' for the third parties.
