Abstract
Justice in education is one among the most important aims of the democratic school, which is supposed to provide equal opportunities to all students. The problem is, however, how to resolve the apparent paradox, which can be seen as the opposition between endeavor to obtain a higher level of the equality and the claim to the right to be different.
