Abstract
General topic of the research project is to define procedure for the analyses and data acquisition from some new earth observationscanners. In the first part of the project we focused on the research on radar imagery and the development of new methods of classification of segmented multispectral images. In the second part we would like to analyse the possibilities of the application of expert and knowledge based systems in the interpretation of satellite imagery.
