Abstract
Today smart phones are powerful tools that go far beyond simply placing mobile phone and began overtake feature mobile phones besides, penetration is increasing, especially in the cooperation of operators with brands and has an important place in campaigns. Thus smart phones aren’t special anymore, became a valuable training instrument since they are portable and affordable and have a variety of connectivity due to important developments. However, the practice of using mobile phones for education is still emergent, and the concept of mobile learning, with few exceptions, has not yet reached in level in EU, new educational ecosystem (1). In this case it also plays a role in the idea that mobile education is not appropriate for people those low socio-cultural conditions. Therefore, mobile training can not embrace a wide audience. Dreamy m-Learning project answers to the needs, offering a sustainable and effective employment model for the low-educated women who produce handicraft from home and aims to develop their entrepreneurial skills to the sell their handicrafts in digital markets as e- entrepreneur by using smart phones efficiently. Mobile learning is a useful tool as attracting and cost effective model for these women with little time for learning; offering them an instant connection and information and increased access. The most important distinction of mobile devices that considered omnipresent. Today the low educated disadvantaged women like all the individuals in a society regard the new generation mobile devices as a part of their lives. They are not to be forgotten while going out and their batteries are to be checked for sure. In accordance with, we will develop and deliver an e-mobile training as a simple and easy to use smart phone application for both iOS and Android mobile platforms as well as the web access to deliver the content to the users, easy and cost effective. Thus, women will be able to access qualified, comprehensive but practical information and training at any hour during the day even via their mobile phones. Dreamy m- Learning platform will include an innovative and easy use comprehensive program which based on "learning while practicing”principle for the low educated women. Because we believe that adult learning should be problem-centered rather than content oriented. This teaching strategy will include instructional method and will be based on the quick, powerful, efficient command line. During the training each step can be easily monitored by women. Thanks to this learning, women will feel more confident and enthusiastic about what to do and they will learn by doing. By the end of training program they able to use more advanced functions of their devices and gain necessary information, knowledge and training to start up the their own business. The partners of the transnational consortium have been selected according to their specialization and roles to ensure the success of this project. The team will be working jointly with e- mobile learning system based on their own ICT skills, will able to create efficient practical open source training tools in the frame of the European context. The project’s outcomes result in benefits which will impact on a wide range of potential stakeholders and beneficiaries beyond the boundaries of the present consortium partner countries.
