Abstract
The aims of this project are: - the development of novel intercalation compounds with ion-storage capacity >30 mC/cm2 and optical transmittance >80% in bleached and coloured states; verification of their suitability as anods in Li+ batteries; - to prepare active electrochromic films with fast response and low transmittance (<5%) in charged state; - to make novel ormolytes (Li+ and H+ conductors) with ionic conductivity >10-4 S/cm, long-term electrochrmical stability and compatibility with synthesized electrode films; - to make various electrochromic (EC) devices with transmissive modulation and to assess their cycling stability and to perform failure analysis; - to make electrochromic (EC) mirrors for automotive rear-mirrors with a reflectance modulation.
