Abstract
Authors intend to study correlation between the DNA ploidy, proliferative activity of tumor cells, expression of oncogenes and their products, tumor angiogenesis and treatment results of patients with head and neck carcinoma with poor prognostic factors. Al patients will be primarily operated on and postoperativly irradiated. Patients will be randimized so that a half of them will receive together with the postoperative irradiation also Mitomycin C and Bleomycin.
