Abstract
The construct of collective memory in Antiquity is a research project in the field of historic anthropology which examines, in epic poetry, historiography, drama, biography and epigraphic texts, the leading narrative and rhetoric structures organizing collective memory, serving as the basis for dominant collective ideological hypertexts, as well as for alternative (submitted) group hypotexts.
