Abstract
Wine trade is one of the most priority directions in development of conteporary Slovenian biotechnology. In the world it wins so big renown that in the next years we can expect wine-quality rise by decrease of production costs. Programme of the development project in bioproces technology of wine trade is aiming orientate. Intention of the project is to make out the model bioreactor and in the end the process bioreactor for wine-fermentation. The process bioreactor will be equipped with all of the measuring instruments (pH, redox potential, temperature, blending...) and with computer reguletion sistem. With this equippment we can have an insight into the most important process parameters on which depends the wine qualitty. The fianl aim of the development project is to test, to introduce and to confirm the usefulness of the whole sistem in the industrial practice.
