Abstract
The national trauma registry will be founded for collecting data on multiple injured patients. The patient''s Injury severity score of 18 and more is the border value for entering the registry. Different trauma center levels will be organized all around the republic territory according to the data collected by the registry. Retrograde analysis of the therapeutic efficiency at the single trauma unit and between different trauma departments will be provided by the registry. Other epidemiological and clinical studies will be possible by the registry data. The data are collected by the Protocol of multiple injured patients of the Slovenian Society of trauma Surgeons.
