Abstract
During the period of 2-3 years, 30-50 patients with acute coronary syndrome, that is unstable angina and/or nonQ acute myocardial infarction, will be included. We will study the role of hemostatic factors fibrinogen and PAI-1, estimated before and during therapy, in early (in-hospital) and late (after 6 monts) mortality of patients, in the need of urgent revaskularization and in the onset of complications (new transmural acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, and heart failure).
