Uporaba slikanja z magnetno resonanco v medicinski diagnostiki (Slovene)

We will continue to evaluate capabilities of different novel MR imaging techniques in seronegative spondyloarthropathies. For estimation of therpeutical effect MR proton spectroscopy will be also used. The importance of MR imaging in seronegative spondyloarthopathies has been progresively increasing during last yeers especially concearning the erly diagnosis, differential diagnossis, and evaluation of therapeutical effect. Using MR imaging we will evaluate the inflammation of the sacroiliac joints, the spinal joints, the insertions of the ligaments and tendons and the perpheral small hand and foot joints.
