Abstract
The Dynamic Digital Skills for Agility and Resilience in Medical and Allied Professions (DDS-MAP) project brings together universities, non-governmental organizations, health authorities, and insurance companies to create educational modules on digital technologies in healthcare. The project follows the principles of the Skills Pact to encourage learning and adaptation to new technologies.
The project will develop three flexible modules for different healthcare disciplines and a fourth module focusing on personal resilience and well-being for trainer training with an emphasis on multidisciplinary implementation. These modules, which use micro-credits and virtual/augmented reality, will be available as standalone programs or a certified course.
