Abstract
As part of the Student Stress Training e-Mobile Management (SSTeMM) project, coordinated by the Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) in Ireland, researchers will develop a digital mobile platform to provide stress management support to nursing students in clinical settings. Numerous studies show that young people are increasingly exposed to stress. Nurses are considered a particularly vulnerable occupational group, and the consequences are also reflected in premature career abandonment. SSTeMM will support nursing students in developing personal resilience to improve their work performance and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to manage stress during and after their education.
