Abstract
The AgriNext project aims to create a learning environment that responds to the skill demand on the job market in the field of multifunctional agriculture. AgriNext project addresses and analyses the flexibility of Vocational Educational Training and the establishment of a pilot incubator of skills that will enable learners to acquire vocational skills and key competencies with an innovative learner-centred holistic approach.
Significance for the country
ARCTUR contributes to Slovenia’s development by digitalizing educational content in the field of multifunctional agriculture and developing the AgriNext IT platform, which facilitates easier access to knowledge, enhances workforce training, and strengthens innovative and digital skills in the Slovenian agricultural sector.
